Banana Blueberry Pancakes

This may not look like your everyday healthy breakfast, but its packed with nutrients, thanks to Herbalife Nutition banana shake formula, and is very fulling. These banana bluberry pancakes will be enjoyed by the whole family.   
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup almond/oat flour
  • 4 scoops Herbalife Banana Formula (or substitute with 1 large banana)
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil/ coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup soya milk
For serving: 
  • Honey
  • Blueberries
This recipe, is vegan, gluten-free and over all yummy. It is a quick and easy recipe to whip up in the morning for you and the kids. Packed with vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C, Calcium, and iron, these banana flapjacks will give you the energy you need to get on with your morning. Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Measure out your ingredients, so that are ready and prepared for mixing. 
Step 2
In a bowl mix together, your flour, formula, yogurt & milk, until it becomes a thick consistency.
Step 3
Add in your blueberries and mix further, until combind.
Step 4
In a pancake pan add your oil and allow to heat up on a medium heat.
Step 5
Add a tablespoon of the mixture to pan and spread, leave for 1-2 minutes and flip over and flatten the cooked side to make the flapjacks pread out more.
Step 6
Repeat process and serve with bit of honey and blueberries.
