Over the years I have been on a roller coaster of “health diets”, following the fads, trying to eat to become a smaller version of myself and I was still never satisfied, because after the fad diets or healthy eating plans I still didn’t feel great.

About a year and a half ago I decided to study nutrition, I wanted to know more on how to live a healthy lifestyle through food. Our bodies need food to live, food is the source of all of our vitamin & minerals, the nutrients we use to survive, but not all the food we eat are as healthy as we think they are. I was shocked at how many foods I ate on a daily basis that are so filled with junk and toxins that could damage my body, mind and overall health over time.

This is why i have created Health Food Prep, I want to share my knowledge, recipes and over all health with the world.
